Welcome to Blue Star Mothers of Coastal Carolina. We are parents who have children serving our country in the United States Armed Forces. This non-profit, non-sectarian, non-political organization serves to support one another, provide support to our troops, and promote patriotism in our community.
We are a chartered chapter of Blue Star Mothers of America (South Carolina Chapter # SC8). It was chartered in October of 2008. We have members with children in every branch of the service, including active duty, veterans, and retired service members.
If you are interested in joining our chapter, please feel free to attend one of our meetings or send an email to the address shown at the bottom of this page. Membership is open to anyone who has a child or grandchild, who has served or is serving in the US Military. Associate Membership is open to anyone who wants to help support our mission. Membership dues are $30 a year, but Associates are free. Associates cannot vote or become officers.
